The Facias are the vertical elements that normally have the Guttering attached to, Soffits are the flat elements you can see when you look up at your roofline, Bargeboards are the facia like parts that are attached to the gables (Slopes) of your roof.
UPVc Cladding is normally fitted as a decorative element to the brickwork or render. For External Cladding we use the Hardiplank® range of cladding, it is a new cement based cladding product that is available semi smooth or with an embossed woodgrain effect and looks like traditional timber cladding.
When we replace your Roofline we examine the rafter feet and replace any felt that may have deteriorated. Our fascia boards are 19mm thick and solid not like some cheaper hollow board alternatives.
Soffits are available either smooth or have a plank effect. They can have ventilation built by means of a strip or round vent.
Guttering is available in a range of shapes, with a choice of colour normally black, white, or brown.
